How it Works

Step 1. Claim your free Voice Audit

Individuality is gold. It’s the bit agencies struggle with — especially in physical therapy, where the practitioner’s personality and beliefs are central to the therapeutic encounter. Most agencies can’t capture that. We can. We dig into how each practitioner explains things, their clinical biases, the types of patients and conditions they want more of, and what makes them stand out from the practitioner down the street. That’s the foundation for content that sounds authentic and attracts the right patients.

Step 2. See sample posts in your voice

From the audit, we create social posts that reflect how each practitioner really speaks. They’re clear, professional, and authentic — not generic filler. When potential patients see them, they’ll know what to expect if they book with you.

Step 3. Pick the right package

Once you’ve seen your voice in action, you decide how much support you want. It might be a lighter touch to keep your social media alive, or a full posting schedule that builds authority and trust week after week. The point is: you stay in control of the level, while we handle the heavy lifting.

Step 4. We post, you treat

No more wasting evenings wondering “what should I post?” — we’ve already sorted it. We plan, write, design, and deliver the content so it’s ready to go. If you want to keep costs down, we’ll send you the posts to publish yourself. Or, if you’d rather not think about it at all, we’ll handle the whole lot for you. Either way, your clinic stays consistent and credible online while you focus on patients.

Step 5. Adjust as you grow

We keep things simple and adaptable. If you want more posts, another practitioner’s voice added in, or tweaks to match changes in the way you practise — we adjust. Nothing is set in stone. The aim is to keep your diary full and your clinic visible, without you ever feeling locked into the wrong setup.
