YourVoice was founded by Adam Richmond. After nearly thirty years in private practice, Adam had seen the same problem again and again: small clinics trying to market themselves but getting lost in a sea of agency promises and polished templates. Despite their good intentions, most agencies never quite capture the voice of a real practitioner — the honesty, experience and quiet confidence that patients actually connect with.

And even if they could, most small businesses simply can’t justify the cost. They need flexibility — marketing that can be switched on and off as needed, without losing authenticity.
That’s why Adam built YourVoice.
YourVoice helps independent clinics communicate with clarity and personality — turning the way they already speak and think into content that patients understand and trust. It’s about sounding real, not rehearsed.
By combining years of hands-on clinical experience with smart, AI-driven tools, YourVoice gives practitioners the power to be heard — clearly, credibly, and in their own voice.
Mission
To give small clinics their voice back.
YourVoice exists to help independent practitioners communicate with the clarity, authority and warmth that only they can bring — using smart, AI-powered tools to do it faster, better, and at a fraction of traditional agency costs.
We believe the old agency model is fading. Authentic, flexible, practitioner-led marketing is the future — and we’re building it.
Values
Authentic, not artificial
AI is powerful — but only when guided by human insight. Every piece of content we create starts with the practitioner’s real words, experience and tone.
Respect for expertise
We honour the years of training, CPD and professional judgement behind every clinic. We just help express it in a way patients understand and trust.
Independence matters
We’re built for small businesses — no retainers, no hand-holding, no long contracts. You stay in control.
Challenge the old model
Agencies served a purpose, but their time is passing. Clinics don’t need layers of management — they need lean, clever systems that help them speak directly to their patients.
Simplicity and clarity
No buzzwords. No fluff. Just honest, useful communication that helps patients choose well.
