Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Packages are billed in 4-week blocks, but you can use what we produce however you like. We encourage clients to stay on a rolling 4-week agreement for consistency, but you’re free to come and go as you wish.
Your voice or nothing guarantee.
Every post we create is written in your voice — not ours, not generic AI. If any month’s content doesn’t feel like something you’d genuinely say, we fix it or you don’t pay. You shouldn’t have to edit anything; it should slot straight in. No arguments. No awkwardness.
Can I switch between packages?
Yes. You can move up or down between packages at the start of any new 4-week block.
What if I want to stop?
No problem. Just let us know before your next 4-week block starts and you won’t be charged again.
Can I review posts before they go out?
Yes. If you’d like to check posts first, we’ll send them to you. Or, if you’d rather not think about it, we’ll just handle it.
Do I need to provide photos?
Your own clinic photos work best — even quick snaps. They make your posts feel authentic and true to your practice, not like generic agency filler. If you don’t have any, we can provide stock images for an extra fee.
Why are your packages priced in 4-week blocks?
We work in 4-week cycles because consistency builds trust and visibility on social media. A 4-week block gives a clear, focused period to plan, post, and review results before the next cycle. It keeps things structured but flexible — and if you’re on a PIY (Post-It-Yourself) plan, you can post at your own pace.
Can you post directly to our social media for us?
Yes. Most clients prefer us to handle posting so it stays consistent and stress-free. But if you’d rather post yourself (PIY), we’ll send everything ready to go.
Do unused posts roll over?
If you’re on a managed plan, we’ll keep your schedule consistent. PIY users can save unused posts and publish them whenever they like.
Can you match our existing brand style or colours?
Absolutely. We’ll adapt your posts to your clinic’s colours, tone, and visual style so everything stays on brand.
What platforms do you post on?
We currently post to Facebook and Google Business Profile, as they reach the most local patients. Instagram posting is coming soon, but you can already reuse your content there if you wish.
What if I don’t like a post?
We’ll change it. The goal is to make it sound like you — so feedback is always welcome.
What is a 2nd voice?
A “second voice” is an extra practitioner or distinct tone we write in for your clinic, beyond your main voice.
Example: One osteopath focuses on sports and structural work (short, practical tips for runners and gym-goers), while another has an interest in women’s health (gentler tone, pelvic-health education, menopause-aware advice). We craft posts that sound authentically like each practitioner, so patients instantly know who’s speaking.
