If you have to edit our posts to make them sound like you, you don’t pay.
Your Clinic Voice exists for one reason: to make your clinic’s content sound exactly like you – your tone, your beliefs, your no-nonsense way of explaining things.
So here’s the deal:
- Every post we deliver should be something you’d happily say out loud to a patient or referrer.
- You should never feel the need to rewrite it “in your words”.
- If you look at a post and think, “I’d never say it like that,” and you have to edit it to fix the tone – you don’t pay for that post.
How the Golden Guarantee works
- Flag it: You tell us, “This doesn’t sound like me.”
- Rewrite it your way: You tweak or rewrite the post as you would say it and send it back.
- We hard-code your voice: We update your Voice Profile so future posts follow your version, not ours.
- You don’t pay for that post: If it needed a rewrite to sound like you, we waive the fee for it.
